Masrouji Group is seeking a highly qualified Application Specialist.



Duties and Responsibilities:



Understanding the current business apps inside the Masrouji Group and providing enhancement to them for best practice scenarios.

Analyze business information to identify process improvements and develop these improvements when it is required.

Developing MIS documentation to allow smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

Developing Applications and tools to increase business outcome, efficiency and effectiveness.

Evaluating applications security and providing suggested procedures and tools to enhance the security level.

Giving suggestions and helping in implementing AI and machine learning technologies and automation processes when needed.

Participating in the IT security procedures implementation and evaluation.

Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements.

Providing management and maintenance to the existing systems, apps, and solutions to operate in the most ideal way.

Provide IT support and remote support when needed.



Job Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in management information system, Computer Engineering or Computer Science,

2-5 years’ experience in similar field.

Software Development experience is a must.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn about recent technologies and adapt to changing IT environments
