Background:
Hussam Attereh Group for Legal Services (HAG) is a distinguished Palestinian law firm established in 1979 in Nablus. HAG is seeking to hire a highly motivated Industrial Engineer for a project-based position lasting six (6) months, with a focus on quality management and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System across the organization's legal and administrative departments.
Map, document, and improve operational processes and workflows.
Conduct gap analyses and support internal auditing activities.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with international standards.
Provide training and capacity-building sessions related to ISO procedures.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in ISO 9001:2015 implementation.
Strong understanding of quality management principles, process improvement, and documentation.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
This employment is Project-based contract.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Primarily office-based in Ramallah, with potential site visits as needed.
However, if the selected candidate shown an outstanding performance during the project period, the position could be extended after the end of the project.
