As we continue to grow, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Financial Officer to join our team in Ramallah.
The Senior Financial Officer will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage day-to-day financial activities, forecasting, and reporting with a high level of integrity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger records.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including timely preparation and submission of reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor daily cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports.
Support audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Oversee cost management, expense tracking, and profitability analysis.
Provide management with financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations for improvement.
Supervise and support junior accounting or finance staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management.
Proven knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and auditing procedures.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (experience with Bisan system is a Must).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Must be currently residing in Ramallah.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
