Nissan Motors is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team and achieve strategic business objectives.



Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent after-sales service.

Analyze market trends and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.



Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
