We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Product Manager to join our FIS Distribution unit. The ideal candidate will manage our portfolio of computer products, components, and accessories ensuring the right products are competitively priced, effectively distributed, and positioned for market success.
Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and customer needs for IT hardware and accessories.
Develop and implement pricing strategies and monitor product profitability.
Track product performance, stock levels, and sales metrics.
Support the sales team with product training, technical comparisons, and deal structuring.
Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best commercial terms.
Participate in customer negotiations for key accounts when needed.
Guide and coordinate marketing efforts related to product launches, promotions, and market positioning.
Drive sales growth and contribute to revenue and margin goals.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, IT distribution or technical sales.
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of the local and regional IT hardware/accessories market is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and decision-making ability.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and sales/reporting tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
