Experience Level: Entry-Level (Graduated within last 3 years or currently in final semester)



About the Role:



We are seeking motivated junior engineers to join our AI innovation team through a 1-month practical training program. This is a hands-on opportunity to explore how AI is applied in real-world engineering scenarios.



Top performers may be offered a full-time position after the training.



Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.



What You'll Do During Training:



Learn how AI models are tested and used in engineering

Participate in AI tool testing and provide engineering feedback

Write detailed reports and summaries in English

Simulate real-world engineering cases using AI tools

Collaborate with developers and engineers



Who Can Apply:



Engineering graduates (within last 3 years) or final-semester students

Excellent English (spoken and written)

Passion for AI and future technology

Strong analytical and quick learning ability

Team-oriented with strong communication skills



Preferred (Not Required):



Civil engineering background

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB

Basic Python knowledge or AI/ML exposure
