We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of success managing and scaling sales operations. Proficiency in leading CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is essential to streamline sales processes, improve customer relationships, and enhance sales forecasting. The candidate must be able to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate experience managing large teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize revenue and market share.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a large sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage pipelines, track performance metrics, and optimize the sales funnel.
Establish clear sales KPIs and regularly analyze sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across departments.
Drive new business development initiatives and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Report regularly to senior leadership on sales performance, challenges, and strategic plans.
Maintain composure and make effective decisions when working under stressful or high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing large teams (Head of Sales, Sales Manager, etc.).
Proven expertise in using CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or other major CRMs is a plus.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with demonstrated experience managing a sizable sales force.
Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure or stressful conditions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
