Job Title: Projects Coordinator
Location: Hebron
Type: Full Time
Contract Duration: 12 months (with possible extension based on performance and funding)
Reports to: Programs Director

Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Tahaluf initiatives and projects. The role involves coordinating project implementation, engaging with stakeholders and partner institutions, ensuring administrative compliance, and supporting the delivery of high-impact activities in line with the project’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Projects Coordination
Manage the day-to-day implementation of project activities in accordance with the approved work plan.
Coordinate with trainers, university focal points, private sector partners, and other internal/external actors to ensure timely and efficient task execution.
Track timelines, deliverables, and performance indicators for project milestones.
2. Stakeholders Engagement
Serve as the focal point for communication with partner universities, community organizations, and private sector entities.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, learning sessions, and coordination workshops.
Maintain productive and inclusive relationships with all project partners.
3. Administrative & Logistical Support
Prepare and maintain up-to-date project records, contracts, reports, and schedules.
Assist in budget monitoring, procurement coordination, and financial documentation.
Ensure compliance with donor (USG, EU, GIZ) regulations and internal procedures.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitor the implementation of project activities and ensure that data collection systems are functioning effectively.
Track performance indicators and support the preparation of mid-term and final progress reports.
Contribute to documentation of lessons learned and recommendations for project improvement.
5. Communication & Visibility
Support the implementation of the project’s communication plan.
Draft reports, success stories, and promotional materials for use on digital platforms and donor reports.
Ensure consistent internal updates and external communication aligned with USG, EU and GIZ branding and marking guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, ICT, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or program implementation.
Proven experience managing donor-funded programs (experience with donor-funded projects is an asset).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-sectoral team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., , team and Zoom).
Additional Competencies:
Experience working with universities, civil society, or the private sector in Palestine.
Flexibility to travel within the West Bank and to East Jerusalem.
